Options for receiving paid services
The Children's Hospital offers paid services provided by our specialists outside of their working hours. This allows you to undergo examinations or receive consultations without a referral from your family doctor, which is also important for non-residents (services are provided to Ukrainian citizens under different conditions).
To receive paid services at our hospital:
- When registering, inform the receptionist who are you scheduling with.
- Fill in the APPLICATION FORM, indicating in the comments section that you wish to receive a paid service.
- Call the call center at 80708866 (from abroad + 371 67064461).

Payment terms
Payment for paid services is made at the hospital reception desk in cash or by payment card:
- outpatients – before receiving the service,
- day hospital (before admission, upon signing the contract) – before discharge from the day hospital,
- inpatient (before admission, upon signing the contract) – before discharge from the hospital.
When paying for the service provided, you will receive a document confirming the transaction – an invoice and a cash register receipt containing the details of the healthcare provider and the personal code of the recipient of the healthcare service, the type of healthcare service and the date of its provision.
Insurance
The hospital has a cooperation agreement with InterAssist SIA
If you have another insurance company, you can only receive planned paid services at the hospital after the hospital has received a letter of guarantee from the insurance company regarding payment. The letter of guarantee must be sent to the following e-mail address: pakalpojumi@bkus.lv.
